HyTrust raises 18.5m to secure virtual data centres

HyTrust raised $18.5m in new financing from Intel Capital, Fortinet, Cisco, VMware, Granite Ventures, Trident Capital and Epic Ventures

Cloud security automation specialist HyTrust has been gaining traction as of late, and earlier this week the company announced that it has secured $18.5 million in series C financing in order to help scale up its security-as-a-service outfit.
